The majority of our landlords choose not to have direct contact with their tenants and leave us to deal with all rental issues, maintenance, emergency call outs and legislation governing residential tenancies.

Whenever a tenant renews their contract you will receive a new agreement that covers the most up to date legislation ensuring you and your asset are protected at all times.

We offer a varied scale of management services to provide flexibility for landlords as a “one stop shop” to letting and managing their investments.
It is our aim to provide landlords with a high level of service ensuring they achieve the maximum return from their investment whilst removing the day to day headaches that can occur.

Full Client Money Pretection

All tenant's deposits and rental payments are held in our designated client account, ensuring your funds are protected at all times, in line with current legislation.


All maintenance issues are dealt with by our qualified contractors so whether it’s a leaking tap or a complete property refurbishment you require, we are able to undertake the work.

Services included in our management package:

  • Arranging of EPC’s, annual Gas Safety and NICEIC certification
  • Transfer of all utilities and council tax into the tenants names
  • Checking the tenants in and out of your property
  • Detailed Inventory signed by the tenants at check in
  • Registration of tenant’s deposit with My Deposits
  • Collection of rents and providing rent account statements for landlords
  • Dealing with any day to day tenant issues and general repairs
  • Purchasing, arranging delivery and assembly of furnishings for your property,
  • Managing property refurbishments from quotation through to the completion of works
  • Rent Guarantee Insurance for the duration of the tenancy (ask for further details)
  • All tenants deposits and rental payments are held in our ring-fenced client account
  • 24 hour emergency call out for repairs
