Letting Fee Information

Once you've found the perfect property and your offer has been accepted, we'll start preparing the tenancy agreement and organising the logistics for your 'move-in' day. The tenancy charges may vary, depending on the agreement we have with the landlord, so it's best to ask Langford Chase office for a full break down of costs.

That said, we don't want you to have any unwelcome surprises when it comes to signing the contract, so here's a list of what you can typically expect to pay:

Reference fee (inc credit check, bank, previous landlord, etc) - £150 per tenant 
Check in & inventory fees                       - £0
Check out & Inventory fees                     - From £114

During your tenancy (if required)  
Renewal Document Fee              -£90
Change of Occupancy                 -£120
Guarantor arrangement / application fees - £90
Pets disclaimer fees                                -£0*

*Additional pet deposit may be required.  
Ordinarily, the check-in fee and inventory is covered by the Landlord and the check-out fee is covered by the Tenant (this can vary) and includes the costs of conducting an inventory.
